Pool Heating available for US$27.50 per day.
Booking deposit / $300 per week (or part of)
Balance to be paid prior to holiday 10 weeks
Bookings can start and end on any day of the week.
Standard house cleaning charge $145.00.
In addition if your stay is for 3 nights or less, there is an administration fee of $85.00 .
